Roberth Onola stands by the craftsmanship of every timepiece. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return guarantee from the date of delivery.

Returns Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it.

• Unworn and unused, with all original tags and protective films intact.

• In its original premium packaging.

Refund Process 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Onola 3-Year Warranty

Every Onola watch is backed by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase. If your watch experiences any issue related to materials or performance within this period, we'll take care of the repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

To file a warranty claim, simply reach out to our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@henrilonglux.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have; once the return is accepted, we will issue a refund. You can then make a separate purchase for the new item, provided it is still in stock.
