Returns Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Onola 3-Year Warranty
Every Onola watch is backed by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase. If your watch experiences any issue related to materials or performance within this period, we'll take care of the repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@henrilonglux.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have; once the return is accepted, we will issue a refund. You can then make a separate purchase for the new item, provided it is still in stock.
